The Compound Air Release Valve is an essential component in any pressurized piping system. Unlike standard valves, the Compound Air Release Valve by FYL utilizes a sophisticated dual-orifice mechanism to handle both high-volume air movement and small-volume air release.

  • Initial Filling: When the pipeline is first filled, the large orifice allows massive volumes of air to escape.
  • Operational Exhaust: During normal operation, if air pockets accumulate, the float drops to allow small amounts of air to bleed out through the small orifice without interrupting flow.
  • Vacuum Protection: If the pipe drains or a surge occurs, the float drops instantly, allowing air to rush in and prevent pipeline collapse.
Key Operation Note: In our Compound Air Release Valve, the float moves dynamically based on buoyancy. When the water level rises, the float seals the nozzle; when air accumulates, the buoyancy decreases, allowing the air to be discharged automatically.
